After a long period in which unions and employers tried to reach an agreement on labor reform, and observed the impossibility of reaching such an agreement, on 17 June, the Government approved its version of the so-called labor reform.

Tax reforms during the economic recession
Supplementary Provision Article 14 and RD-Law Single / 2010 (amending sections 2 and 10.1 º TRLIS Art. 16). is exempt from the requirement of documentation of transactions relating to persons or entities with a turnover volume of less than 8 million euros in computed according to Article 108 TRLIS, provided that the total transactions in that period not exceeding the combined value of 100,000 euros in market value.
By adopting various measures to stimulate economic recovery
José Rodríguez Martínez, auditor registered in ROAC, an organization of the Economy and Treasury Department, started his course as a company consulting professional in order to attend the needs aroused as a consequence of the changes in the Spanish taxation system at the beginning of democracy in Spain.
The new fiscal system was set to achieve an adequate functioning of a modern society and to respond to the new challenges that this had brought up. This change involved a bigger load of obligations for taxpayers. As a result, the figure of the fiscal consultant appears on scene, who becomes a key element, making easier the approach between the taxpayer and the administration.
The consolidation of the personal project led to the creation of the firm Romar Consulting, an office made up of economists, auditors, lawyers, social and fiscal experts, and chartered accountants, with the work principle of being oriented at all time to satisfy the needs of their clients, optimizing their obligations with the various public administrations and helping them to manage in the market with the highest possible efficiency.
Currently all the technical team is being led by a management committee which consist of a president and five members, economists and lawyers who at the same time are members of the different companies of our group, and with this we have achieved a regime of stability for the continuity of our office.
